Sea-Renity is a spacious family home sleeping up to 6 guests in three relaxing bedrooms. Situated in the heart of Sidmouth in a quiet residential street within 5 minute walking to distance to both the town centre and the seafront. Off street parking is available for two cars. Downstairs Sea-Renity has a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner with doors leading out to the peaceful garden. There is a table and chairs outside perfect for your Morning cup of coffee! There is also a comfortable sitting room downstairs with a 43” inch Smart TV along with a WC on the ground floor. There is parking for two cars on the driveway. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is one further double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a bathroom in between with a large walk in shower.

Excellent house and location. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking in the town centre was particularly helpful.

Great place, in a great location with a great host. We had a small early concern but Linda was in the area and popped in to reassure us and make sure everything was ok. The location is brilliant, it’s a short walk into the lovely town of Sidmouth and yet you don’t hear any of the sounds associated with a town. Would definitely stay again

A lovely, very well-stocked house with a great open-plan kitchen/dining area. Very good location close to Sidmouth seafront but away from noisy cafes and roads. Met and exceeded our expectations!
