Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Ivan, seine Frau und seine Tochter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was ma braucht!

The Apartment was so clean and well equipped. Location is perfect and everything is so close, restaurants, shops, markets, beach. Also everything was so easy with Ivan, thanks Ivan. I highly recommend this apartment!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ivan's beautiful apartment for two weeks. The property is in the centre of all the action overlooking the harbour and promenade, also the ferry service operates just opposite the apartment which our kids got so excited about every time they seen the ferry appearing. Despite been so central there was no issue with noise or hassle from the public as it is stepped back a little from the main sidewalk. The apartment complex was really quite, clean and the neighbours we met were very welcoming. On entering the apartment we were thrilled to find that it was exactly as per the photos and there was no "tricks" or creative photography. Ivan has created a fantastic, stylish, modern and homely space which is exactly what we wanted. Everything you could require was in the property in abundance. The kitchen was very well stocked up, lots of towels and an extra set of bed linen. The property was spotless throughout and everything feels new and well maintained. From our first message to Ivan, commination was prompt, straight forward and hassle free. Ivan called to visit us and was a gentleman to deal with. I highly recommend this property as a super high spec, modern and comfortable holiday let. We are already planning our next trip to Makarska and will defiantly stay at this property again....Thank you Ivan, keep up the good work!!!

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Piekne mieszkanie. Klimatyzacja dziala bardzo dobrze. Miejsce parkingowe zapewnione. Wszedzie blisko. Gospodarz punktualny i bez problemu odpisuje po polsku.
