Amazing location less than 2 minutes walk walk from the nearest beach on a promenade towards Zlatni rat and incredible coziness this apartment has thankfully to its amenities (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace with garden, BBQ, parking, travel baby bed&high chair) and spaciness makes this place as a perfect rental. Place can be great spot for families with kids who will have a lot of space for play outside or for groups that would like to use BBQ for dinners alfresco. Inside space of this apartment spreads over 2 bedrooms both with comfortable queen bed, closet and desk space ideal for ones working&traveling. There is also bathroom with walk in shower and extra toilet one across each other in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils) is adjoined with living room and dining area from where you can exit to a private terrace with a walls and greenery in garden surrounding the place and size of 100 square meters. There is AC in the living room as well as the couch that can be spread to a double bed for 2 people so apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. If traveling with baby make us notice to prepare the baby travel bed and high chair. For longer stays we can provide apartment cleaning and we are on service with all our extra service. Benefits of our accommodation is that beside this cozy rental on amazing location we provide luggage storage on check in and check out, transfer from our city office to the apartment and we can organise transfers, excursions, sports activities and everything else you might need during your stay! .

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da (Eltern, Schwägerin und 4 Kinder (5 Monste, 4,6 und 22Jahre)). Die Wohnung war erste Klasse, super ausgestattet und mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit Grill (ideal für die Kinder). Die Lage war ein Traum (zwischen Bol und Zlatni Rat), zahlreiche tolle Strände und Restaurants in Fußnähe und v.a. direkt an der Promenade (unsere Kleinen konnten Roller fahren ohne Ende😊). Der Kontakt zu Bol Homes war in jeglicher Hinsicht toll, nett und sympathisch. Die Antwortzeiten per Messanger waren kurz, einen Ansprechpartner per Telefon gab es auch und Check-In sowie Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Für diesen Preis (allerdings waren wir im Oktober da) ein Superfund für uns. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen👍👍👍😊😊😊

Great location. 15mins walk to Zlatni Rat and 8 mins to town. Big advantage is a parking behind the gate at private premises, big terace and bbq place. Place is spacious, really good furnished. Wifi has lower signal at some point of place but works for general stuff you need to. Only thing Wha tis missing is a stove.

Lovely clean space with everything you need. Large outdoor area. Close walk to beautiful beaches and restaurants but the walk down to the beach might be a bit steep for those with mobility issues.

Our apartment is located in peaceful neighborhood. The closest beach is just 20 seconds walking distance and famous Zlatni Rat beach around 11 minutes. You will need around 4-5 minutes easy walk to get to the town center where you will find all the bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank and post office (basically all decent amenities that should be in every town center :))

出行信息

Bol is quite a small town so you can get anywhere on foot. If you would like to go to the famous Zlatni Rat beach you can take tourist trackless train which connects this beach with town center and Dominican monastery.
For exploring the island to all our guests we suggest to rent a car at our agency where they will get a discount and map with main tourist attractions and few extra 'local tips'.
Getting to Bol:
1. Transfer from Split airport. Journey duration: Split Airport to Split harbor –30 minutes, Split to Supetar ferry ride – 55 minutes, Supetar to Bol – 35 minutes.
2. Transfer with a ferry to Supetar (a town on the Brac island, ca. 5 € per person) and from there with another taxi/bus to the town of Bol.
3. Transfer with a Catamaran from Split harbor to Bol town (only for passengers)
4. Transfer from Brač harbor, you can book a transfer from Supetar (if arriving from Split) or from Sumartin (if arriving from Makarska).
5. Bus transfer from Supetar The bus journey takes 60 minutes.
6. ARRIVING BY CAR
1. From Split, you will need to take the Split – Supetar car ferry service, which takes 55 min. Bol is a 36 km-drive from Supetar.
2. From Makarska, you will need to take Makarska - Sumartin car ferry, which takes 60 minutes. Bol is a 25 km-drive from Sumartin. Please note the Makarska – Sumartin ferry is much smaller than the Split – Supetar ferry and during July and August we recommend arriving much earlier to ensure a place on the ferry. The sailing schedule is also less frequent than the one from Split to Supetar. Please feel free to inform us with the option that suite you the best, so we can organize everything for you or provide you more information about transfer that suits you the best.
