WOW.. My wife and I have retired from Melbourne to Brisbane and what a joy it has been to have discovered the "Duchess " from the minute we arrived to the time we left, 3 full months later we have embraced this home. The hosts could not have done more for us..This truly has been the best introduction to Brisbane our fur babies have loved the space at this amazing property. Storme the hostess offered advice on where we might look to find our forever home and her support has been kind, warm and friendly and she been like good a friend, we never expected such a tremendous welcome to Brisbane. This property has felt like a home and the extra touches are stupendous. This is beyond a 5 star property, beds beyond belief and all extra inclusions are amazing at the "Duchess ". The gardeners and the poolman have been so respectfull and we never had to lift a finger. The "Duchess " is close to freeways with conections to the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast and the Airport . What a welcome.

Outstanding Host's and property. Everything about the house was fantastic; extremely comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and decor throughout, outdoor entertainment with Bbq and pool, kids loved their time at the Dutchess. Plenty of room to spread out, multiple living areas and TVs with entertainment channels/apps. Plenty of local tasty foods near by. The name "Dutchess" speaks for herself. She's beautiful ❤️

The house was large enough to accommodate our guests and having the additional tv channels and pool really helped to entertain us all during our stay. Our furry friend enjoyed his stay and the park in front of the house daily! Everyone found their beds extremely comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, glassware and cutlery. In addition the stocked tea, coffee, washing powder, shampoo, conditioner and pool towels were excellent. The only down side we found was we were not sure if additional dusting / vacuuming was required or the air con filters needed cleaning but a couple of guests had some allergy symptoms especially after the first night. We vacuumed each day and opened some windows which improved their symptoms. Storme was an excellent host who kept in close communication throughout pre and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Duchess is a great family house with everything you could possible want ,wonderful comfy beds a great family lounge ,kitchen , dining area. A ideal quiet location a few minutes drive from the river with shops restaurants . Not far from the motorway to get you to the Gold Coast and theme parks . Would certainly recommend the Dutches .
