Excellent apartment less than a block off the main pedestrian street. It's raised ground floor but felt very safe. Nice to have laundry in the unit. Would have preferred self check-in, as waiting outside for outside the host to arrive on busy sidewalk with luggage and kids is a bit inconvenient. But otherwise great experience - would stay again!

My husband was very grateful for the early check in and the property was easy to find. The location is brilliant. In my opinion the property looks a little tired - sockets loose on wall, light bulb out by the door, marks on the wall etc. in our room we heard a lot of noise from the street - but friends in the other rooms heard less; however the beds were incredibly comfy.

Emplacement idéal, appartement propre, bien équipé et agréable. Très proche des transports en commun, restaurants, à 1min de la promenade des anglais et des restaurants, 25min de l’aéroport avec la ligne 2 du tramway. Les consignes de l’hôte sont très claires, nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande vivement.

We loved our stay at this unit in the heart of Nice! Right around the corner from a main pedestrian walking/shopping/restaurant area and very short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and our family enjoyed hanging out in the family room and kitchen peninsula. Though the unit is ground floor, it is actually elevated from the street by 5 or six steps. We appreciated this and felt safe.
