Our team enjoyed a great stay at this house. Jennifer was helpful and friendly. We would recommend this house to anyone coming to Tulsa, if we travel here again we will definitely consider renting this house.

Our stay did not start off great. Upon arrival the outside trash was overflowing and had a horrible smell. We got in the main house okay but could not get in the guest house upstairs. It seemed like the battery was dead on the lock, not sure. We messaged about the trash and lock and got a response 2 days later. Luckily we found a key to get upstairs. The downstairs guest house was not clean. It had white pet hair on the couch, pillows and in the bed. There was also other stuff not cleaned and a broken stool. The location and main house were great! It’s just all of the little things that add up to a bad stay.

Great place for our 3 coworkers traveling to Tulsa for a conference. Comfortable beds, coffee bar (bring cream), fully stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms (bring shower soap) and top rated mattresses were highlights. The main & guest houses looked even better than the pictures, and the scenic property was only about 15 minutes from downtown. Fully renovated with lots of charm, this place was exactly as described, and very peaceful with a private driveway. Check-in instructions were clear. One downside was the 11 point check-out list that included both helpful reminders but also cleaning chores like stripping beds & starting laundry to "help prepare for the next guests." After spending over $1100 for our stay, including cleaning & service fees, requiring chores is an increasingly outdated practice that Airbnb is now discouraging based on widespread complaints. Shortening the list & recommending chores as optional would make the tone at the end of the stay as pleasant as the beginning.

We had a small mishap with the alarm when we arrived but it got resolved quickly. We had plenty of space for our group. Was really nice to not feel like we were on top of each other. The location was nice as getting to most places was within about 10 minutes. Would rent again.
