This home is a great find! There were four adults and there is plenty of room inside to spread out, bedrooms were clean and many beds available, easy location to find yet private with plenty of parking in the driveway. Its just alittle over an hour from airport and along the way there are options for grocery stores and other stores, restaurants, etc. The additional cottage on site is adorable, but we didn't use it for over night because there isn't a bathroom or running water in it. Neighborhood is quiet yet friendly as when we went for a walk every passing car waved at us with a smile! The host, DAWN, is fabulous to deal with - she is efficient, kind, accessible by phone , and flexible! If we come back to this area, we will definitely rent here again!

Host was very responsive to questions, that was much appreciated. The location was excellent with scenic views. Lots of farmland and horse farms in the area.

The house was clean and the backyard is fenced in and a good size, plenty of parking, and a convenient location for getting around the area. There is very little you would need on a short stay that the kitchen does not have as it is well stocked with equipment and cooking 'stuff'. The beds are less than ideal. We found the beds to be uncomfortable with too thin mattresses (no box springs) and could feel the metal bed frames through the mattresses. If you need or want more than one very thin pillow you will need to bring your own. As a new home to Airbnb I expect this is an issue the owners will remedy shortly. Overall a good option for the area.

Big lot, but with a smaller fenced-in area works out well for outside activities. Close to public beaches, boat access, MSU garden, other neat things. Great host.
