Great stay, great and responsive hosts, and a wonderful room and facilities. You get a good view over the park too and a very quiet and peaceful setting.

The room is part of the Royal Perth Golf Society and guests do feel part of something special. We checked out on a Friday and the club is open on Friday for their members. I managed to see Steve, the manager Rachel and her assistant Scott - they are all extremely lovely and friendly people. We were stranded by the storm due to adverse weather and they all made us feel like home. Will definitely come back for sure. But one gentle reminder though is the room is three floors up so for travellers with mobility issues and/ or with big luggage cases, please make sure travellers prepare themselves to do some lifting or gentle scaling up the stairs. I got a huge case myself and did take it up on my own, but I would still recommend this wonderful place.

a good place for a SHORT stay in Perth, however if you plan on staying multiple nights be aware there are absolutely no kitchen facilities here, there is a fridge in the communal area but I have no plates, cutlery and the only water you can get is from your bathroom tap. Steve and Rachel were very responsive when I made them aware of a leaky toilet, and was swiftly moved to another room and had no issues in there. Overall, I believe it is a nice property and the Hosts were lovely but it's quite expensive for what it is and doesn't have great facilities if you are staying for more than 2 nights and are constantly eating out
