Spacious and stylishly-appointed chalet just a quick drive from Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a few days in the Cheticamp area.

We were very happy with our 4 night stay at Bayview Chalets. This was a cozy and comfortable location for our family of four (including 2 small children) to be for our exploration of Cheticamp and Cape Breton Highlands National Park. This location is within a 5-10 minute drive to the Cheticamp visitor's centre in the park and is less than 30 minutes to the Skyline Trail parking lot/ trail head. This was our first visit to the park, and perhaps we were biased in liking the western half of the park (closer to Cheticamp) for the drives and spectacular vistas. This location is perfect to explore this part of the park and to also have the amenities of Cheticamp so close by. We were pleasantly surprised with the restaurant and grocery store offerings in Cheticamp, so the Bayview Chalets was a wonderful staging ground. The chalet itself is clean, modern and comfortable. It is literally right off of the Cabot Trail, and with views of Cheticamp Bay. Excellent place to stay!

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Chalet Nr.23 verbracht. Auch wenn die Übernachtung teurer war als unsere anderen Unterkünfte, war das Chalet perfekt. Sauber, geräumig, hell, mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, wunderbarer Blick, schönem Aussenbereich, alles sehr gepflegt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved the layout of the chalet. There was a bathroom between the two bedrooms, and the laundry rooms of the the abutting units were connected. Therefore, except for the noise of running water from the washing machine, you didn't hear your neighbor. The unit was bright and cheery and a comfortable place to stay. If we visit the area again, we would definitley stay here another time. Our only complaint would be that the provided laundry detergent was scented, but we had brought our own. The coffee maker was for K-cups which were provided. There were a few extra pods in the laundry/utility room if more than two coffee drinkers were staying. Tea bags and electric kettle were also available as well as the usual kitchen necessities.

Such a pleasant and peaceful way to spend a few days in Cheticamp. The place was filled with light, spacious and spotless. It has everything we needed and more.
