This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in HK and highly recommended. The apartment is spacious by HK standards, including a rooftop and a balcony overlooking the beach. The location is private and peaceful in a HK beach-side village with friendly neighbors. Frequent buses can quickly take you to the nearby town of Tsuen Wan or Tsuen Wan West, and from there anywhere in HK. Only negative point for me is slow WiFi connection. Will definitely stay here again. The host is kind and helpful, and always responds quickly to questions.

We stayed at this apartment for a month. Its situated only a few feet from the beach and with its stunning views was an ideal location for us. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Its a 20 minute walk along some of best scenery in Hong Kong to Sham Tseng, or alternatively about a 40 minute walk into Tsuen Wan town. The site is well served by buses and minibuses. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very quick to get back to me with any queries I had when we first arrived. This is a great venue for anyone wanting to have something different from a hotel. Highly recommended.

住得好舒服，日日望住個海人都開心，係地方有少少唔方便，離市區有一段距離，有車的話會更好，另外屋主有求必應，有問題會立即來解決，屋主非常有禮貌地方很整潔乾淨，天台可以燒烤很開心很適合一家人，但網絡真係比較不穩定，會斷網，應該是那個地方收到不好，跟屋主沒關，住了兩個月，有點不捨了，有機會之後會再住

We are two 70 year olds who stayed here for three months. The flat is located in the quaint, rustic Ting Kau village and although it was a challenge to get up and down the flights of steps, the reward of enjoying the tranquillity of the beautiful beach makes the efforts worthwhile. (Oh, I forgot to say that we later discovered that there is a public lift in the village, provided by the government, which would have facilitated our access to the main road). During our stay, tropical storm Talim was blowing to typhoon signal No. 8 but we felt very safe in this enclosed cove.
