We used 3 of the 4 rooms as the 4th bedroom was awful and unclean. We had to move a mattresses to another room so 1 guest could share in another room. 2 of the 3 showers and taps had no hot water or pressure. 7 people had to share 1 bathroom. The road leading to the property damaged our vehicle and had terrible dirt path with rocks all over the makeshift track. We had to walk up and down the hill every time to where our vehicle had to park. The property was not at all as listed. The food by Kailash was very good but beyond that i couldnt say a positive thing. The property requires maintenance throughout. The pool is freezing even in hot weather. The AC was not working in 1 room and the wall has terrible damage. Not a single item has been provided, not even a bin. The bedding was stained. The rooms not clean. Overall i wouldnt recommend this place until it jas been updated and repaired. Its a forgotten place that needs care and attention

Firstly need to improve the path for vehicles to reach the location. Make sure management team communicates the issues related to property in advance. Moreover need to improve cleanliness as there is a swimming pool in property but of no use as it was not clean.

However, while the property is a gem for nature enthusiasts, the food options might benefit from more vegetarian choices, and service time could be quicker.
