I had a wonderful stay at Alpha Stegna Sun. George & his whole family are very kind, helpful & hospitable. My room was spacious & very clean. Everything you might need was there. It is only a few steps to the beach & nice restaurants. Stegna is a small bay away from mass tourism. I felt completely comfortable & can definitely recommend this little oasis!

George was a greta host very attentive but also very relaxed and allowed privacy. Stegna is a beautiful beach side village and the room was perfect for our needs and the garden and balcony were delightful.

About the property: Highly recommended! I wish we had written George a message in advance: when we arrived, he was really helpful and transparent and gave us extra information that helped us plan our vacation on the island. Everything was exactly as advertised or better (you can really rely on the pictures, it's a roomy place with a very pleasant atmosphere) and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus great cleaning service. It felt like we had hotel-quality services, but with the personal touch of a private host. About the location: If you make your own breakfast, you can enjoy it on the balcony, or if you don't want to cook on vacation, there's a place (Yamas) literally just 50m away that serves freshly made sweet and savory breakfast for a very good price, that's better than many hotels I've been in. There are also so many other restaurants within walking distance and the beach is one of the nicest on the whole island, even good for snorkeling. At the beach you can rent an umbrella with two beds and lounge there all day, sipping icy freddo cappuccinos, or you can just walk to the beach from George's place with just your bathing suit and your beach towel and go for a quick dip. The beach is free and both options are great.

Wonderful location at Stegna beach, with a really beautiful garden and very Kind and helpful people! George and his dad where so lovely. He picked us from busstation! Thank you so much :)
