Very nice stay with beautiful view of the Hills and amazing room service but before checkin do confirm the exact details of the room along with pictures from the host because it might cause you and your family inconvenience for the kind of room the reception staff of Bombay house will show you and will ask you for upgrade for the room which is shown in the pictures posted on AirBNB at the time of booking. The manager kept saying that AirBNB is showing false images and they cannot provide the same suite. Total disappointment that too at the time of checkin after a tiring day due to the gruesome Mumbai traffic. But too my surprise our AirBNB host Sharmaine was really swift to address our issue and kind enough at the last moment to refund the amount I paid for the upgrade to Bombay House.
