The chalet is lovely and in a fabulous location an easy walk to the center of town, with ample outdoor space and a beautiful view. We had the misfortune of first arriving late because our plane was delayed and then letting ourselves in on our own. Ingrid, our host, was out of town and may well be much more attentive when present. Our main frustration was the lack of any instructions (either in person or written) about how to use any of the appliances or even how to find the wifi code (it was on the TV box upstairs). Fortunately a French friend came by and explained how one can retrieve wifi-codes from a television set. French folks would likely do fine without instructions. Americans would benefit from written instructions. For example, after washing a load of laundry, we couldn't open the washer door. It took almost a whole day for Ingrid to respond to "unplug it and wait at least 30 seconds". Now that we know the chalet, we would return if we come back to Le Grand-Bornand.

Le chalet etait magnifique nous avons passé un tres agreeable sejour. Les chambers etaient comfortable, on a adore le jacuzzi et sauna. Chalet pres des pistes et du centre ville. Merci beaucoup 😄

Un tres beau chalet, bien placé à meme pas 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Ingrid, une hôte très agréable et réactive
