We loved our 10 days at Amanda and Jeff's. Our 18 month old granddaughter loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the very pretty and private yard. We chose this home because we love the area beaches, restaurants and overall vibe.

We absolutely recommend this place! Amanda is a fantastic hostess, who went above and beyond to communicate timely and be of assistance. The place is great, very clean and super comfortable. It is perfectly located in a very safe and extremely quiet neighborhood but also a super short drive to the beach and nightlife. We had our bikes with us and were able to easily ride to the beach and around Highway 101, where there are lots of restaurants and local spots. This house is ideal for families with kids. The toy room was a huge hit with our 5 year old! With super cool toys and books! The backyard is big and even though we didn’t get to use it much, when we did, it was comfortable and the perfect temperature! Solana Beach is such a family friendly town with lots of free activities like the Thursday beach concerts, the Farmers Market, the tide pool near Cardiff and while on a bike ride, we even ran into a double decker bus with a live band playing going around town!. Loved this place and this town and we’ll be back!

A great house with a great backyard in a great location! It is quiet and relaxing. The house is nicely remodeled and well-appointed for cooking, beach going, lounging, and getting around the San Diego area. We stayed for a week and loved it. Great for families with small children.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is very well equipped with everything you might need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. We enjoyed winding down in the hot tub and by the gas fireplace. Amanda was very responsive to my questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our first post-COVID vacation!
