Gene’s home was amazing…super clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. Home was bright and filled with natural sunlight. Beach is a bit rocky, water shoes a definite plus but super peaceful, private and calming. Gene was extremely responsive and worked to handle any issues immediately. Hope we find the time to make it back again…soon!

This house was great, it’s right on the beach with a beautiful view/direct access to a private beach. Gene was great throughout the process and even ordered us a replacement microwave when the one in the house needed to be repaired. Would definitely recommend.

Gene's home is located directly on the long Island Sound . Almost every window in the home offers beautiful views. The home was spacious and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The high and low tides added great areas for our little ones to explore while we watched from the deck of the house. Two adults and 3 children filled the space comfortably.
