Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Isabella. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ein Traum und Maria Elena war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich/Küche und Kinderzimmer wäre noch toll, die ist in der heißen Zeit abgegangen. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Our stay in Villa Isabella was acceptable until our departure. The house’s location is perfect, right on the beach with private access, well equipped with all the material you need to enjoy the beach (parasols, chairs, shower). It is also very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores. Although it is true there are two air conditioning in the rooms with queen beds, there is none in the room with twin beds nor in the kitchen/living room/dining room. July and August have been particularly warm months so that part of the house was impossible to keep fresh. The doors to the terrace are not hermetically closed so heat kept creeping in the house. A major disadvantage of the place is the poor electricity system. If you have the two air conditioning functioning, you can’t use the washing machine, microwave, dishwasher or any other electronic device. You need to turn them off before starting another, if not the light shuts down. Everything went smoothly for us since the beginning despite the aforementioned discomforts. Our departure came, and we were ready to leave earlier than anticipated. Since we had young children, we were unable to wait for the owner/manager to arrive. And this is when it all went south… first of, beware that the fees announced in the listing are confusing. It is clearly written < linen 15 euros per bed > but it really is per person. We only found this out when leaving which started an uncomfortable discussion with the owner/manager on WhatsApp. She clearly didn’t like this because as soon as she arrived, she started sending pictures of the used facilities saying very nasty things about us leaving the house dirty… We reminded her that we had lived there for a week and that we had paid for a cleaning fee of over 250 euros… I wouldn’t recommend this place for the price we paid. There is much to improve to make it a 5-star experience, especially the nasty treatment received from the host/manager/owner upon departure…
