Great location! 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of eateries close by. Neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The house is lovely, quiet and private. Garden spaces are a big plus, so easy to do breakfast on the deck. Bathroom easy to use; bed was nice and comfy. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue - host was responsive and says they will improve (floor too dirty to walk on barefoot; wet towels folded up and placed as ready to use). Also, DelRay tap water is not really safe to drink, and host provided drinking water but only the second day. The feeling of this space was that it's a great space, wonderful location, and it felt like someone's kid brother was enthusiastically doing his best but a bit inexperienced in keeping the place in best shape for guests.

Very private house. Plenty of room for the two of us. Good location. Pots and pans were scratched non stick and had to put the screen door on track Manager Sean was responsive and friendly even at an evening hour

Property is nice and private, yet very close (within walking distance) to the downtown area and many other activities. The house was clean and Sean was helpful with any questions I had.

Sean's place was great! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The only downside is the lack of basics provided: be sure to bring your own soap, conditioner, and coffee, or be prepared to make a grocery run. Shampoo and bodywash was provided.
