We stayed at this apartment for a 9 days vacation in Porto, two adults and two kids (6 y/o). It was our first time in Porto, the city is beautiful, the attractions are plenty and not busy even in August, the people are amazingly calm and friendly. Will be back again for sure. Everything with this property was as perfect as it could be, and the description of the property is very accurate (except the lack of laundry dryer, we dried the laundry outside instead). Entering the place after late night arrival we were very pleased to discover a very clean, well organized apartment, that became our comfortable home for the next 9 days. The beds are comfortable, the closets are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped to host 4-8 people, the balcony was great. The toilet/bathroom is large, equipped with all you need, the hot water was always plenty and water pressure great. The dining area was large and well organized. Fast and stable WiFi, if you come for work, definitely a good choice. Everything looks new and well maintained. easy access to the building and to the flat with codes and apps. Each time we had a small problem or needed some extras (bed sheets, towels, etc.), the communication with the managers (by text messages using the app the AirBnB does not allow to mention :0 ) was swift, and all problems solved immediately. Location wise, it was exactly what we planned. A little bit outside the center, but very close to public transportation. 3 min from the Metro and many bus lines. We also walked a lot, it takes about 15 minutes walking to the shopping street Rua Catalina, and 30 min to the downtown center. Also we used Uber and Bolt as they are very cheap in Porto, a typical drive to the center is 4 Euros, and to the other side of the city is 8-11 Euros, so for 4 people it was worthy vs. the public transportation most of the time. Very relaxed and quite neighborhood, with plenty of little eateries and restaurants, small grocery shops and one large supermarket (Lidl) 10 min away. To conclude, if you are looking for a home like experience with your family or a place for a work visit, definitely recommended. Worth the price for sure.

Très bel appartement, conforme à l'annonce, parfait. Excellent accueil et communication au top Location située à proximité d'une station de métro et de la gare Campanha : idéal pour rejoindre le centre de Porto Ne pas hésiter à utiliser le service de navette proposé, très pratique.

The apartment itself was pretty good, looked exactly like in the pictures. The check-in was easy and the cleanliness was immaculate. There were some major issues, though. On the next day after our arrival someone visited us (an unexpected visit) and wanted to charge us additional 228 euros. I did not know what to do, in the end he charged me 28 euros, which was later returned to me in cash. Clearly, the visit was a misunderstanding. However, the biggest issue was the broken air conditioning. We spent 9 days and nights in a really hot apartment and I'm not done yet. The air conditioning was leaking heavily on my stuff, walls and the floor (I have videos and pictures if someone is interested). Basically, I saved the floor in one room from being damaged by placing a large pot under the leaking water. Someone from the maintenance team spent an hour staring at the air conditioner and did absolutely nothing. Further visits were impossible as I wasn't in the apartment during working hours and I did not want someone to visit my apartment when I wasn't there. So far, no one offered me a partial refund for this huge inconvenience. In conclusion, good apartment but I would recommend to visit it during winter months.

The flat was nice and big. Close to Campanha, train station. We enjoyed one week there. They tried to fix the air-condition which was broken. A fine week.
