Dawn's place was truly fantastic! Impeccably clean, situated in a delightful location near hiking trails, restaurants, cafes, and the cove. Convenient private parking right in front of your window. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The room was clean and cozy and with private entrance. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several hiking trails, cafes and restaurants with idyllic views.

Dawn was quick to respond to our request for places to eat and we were not disappointed. The Airbnb was outstanding just like the location and we will be back and look forward to getting into the sea when warmer.

Dawn’s place was easy to find and the instructions were really straightforward. The room and bathroom looked just as Dawn had advertised, the room was a good size and the bedding was lovely and cosy. The decor was light and both rooms were beautifully designed. There was plenty of space for clothing/luggage, 2 or 3 different sized mirrors dotted around and the dressing table made getting ready comfortable and easy. The bathroom is a good size for the space and the shower is powerful and with plenty of hot water. They were both well heated. The bedroom/bathroom are fully private and although attached to the the rest of the house you would not know as you have your own entrance. Dawn kindly provided a kettle, fridge, water, tea, coffee, a little milk and some biscuits which was lovely. Parking was easy and there are so many beautiful places just a short walk away. Lots of great places to eat and we found it peaceful and restful. Thank you for a lovely stay, would book again!

THE GOOD: Chose this place for the beautiful location and for having a private loo/bathroom. It is only a few minutes walk to Ludlow Cove, pubs/restaurants and a 1 mile hilltop walk to Durdle Door. Free parking outside the room was great. The room and en-suite were clean and spotless. The linen and towels were fresh and the mattress was comfortable. The room size and storage is adequate for 2 people. The porch has a fridge which was great for cold water and wine storage. (Can take top shelf out to fit large 5L water bottle) Complimentary teas/coffee/biscuits/shower gel/shampoo all much appreciated. Touch bedside lamps a helpful feature. Wi-fi worked well. No stairs to worry about as room is on ground floor. The room is quiet and peaceful. THE NOT SO GOOD: TV on wall is too small (could be enlarged) and the sound is tinny. En-suite sink is much too small and could be enlarged. Shower is small (but has good water pressure). The room is warm as boiler in cupboard.
