Great location, walking distance to downtown and Brown. Very cool authentic boat experience. Neat touches with insights about the boat as well and host did a good job describing the place. Very unique experience.

A unique property and location. Berth was a little snug for two 6 footers, but that was clearly mentioned in the description, so not unexpected.

This was fun! Really though, you are paying for the location, the vibe, and unique experience. Some downsides: the interior space is quite small--Moving about was a bit acrobatic, even for my partner and I who are not big or tall. The bed feels closer to a twin than a double. Also, the marina is near some clubs, so late night noise was an issue one of the nights. As the ad said, the toilet is right next to the bed, and when we arrived it had a distinct odor, which seemed to clear up after a day. Finally, using the marina bathroom is a good alternative (and the only option for showering) but it is also used by others at the marina, so there can be significant wait time! We enjoyed our stay and don't regret it. Dan was communicative and helpful. This was a cool trip! 4/5

Iconic! This is my new favorite as the most unique and fun stay ever. I felt like a little kid in a playhouse. The boat is adorable, and the scenery of water all around, the beautiful bridges, city lights sparkling off the water at night, and lovely sunrises and sunsets is unparalleled. The entry and dock were easy to navigate even with my heavy bags, the wooden peers/walkways are in pristine conditions, and close mooring made it an easy step from dock to boat deck and only minor movement with the occasional wave. The mattress was very comfortable, the little kitchenette convenient, and climate control worked comfortably. Restaurants and shops just over the bridge were easy to get to and provided many options.

This was one of the most charming experiences we have had. We loved the tugboat! We were warned of the size and decided to give it a go with my 6’5” husband. He didn’t fit on the bed, his feet were in the head, but we were still so charmed! A bucket list experience, for sure!
