The Pacific neighborhood occupies the entire southern facade of the Retiro district. being the area with the highest population density and young population in the entire district. Currently it is divided into two administrative areas: the eastern area, called Adelfas, and the western area, which has preserved the historic name of the neighborhood. It is a middle-class neighborhood with typical architecture and network of streets in the Ensanche de Madrid.
Administratively it limits with the neighborhoods of Jerónimos (35) to the northwest, Niño Jesús (36) to the north, Estrella (33) to the northeast, Adelfas (32) to the east.
It is bounded by the Paseo de la Infanta Isabel, the Paseo de la Reina Cristina, the Plaza de Mariano de Cavia, the Avenida del Mediterráneo, the Plaza del Conde de Casal, the Calle del Doctor Esquerdo, the Calle de Pedro Bosch and the of the train that converge at Atocha Station. Although historically the neighborhood of the Pacific has had much broader limits, encompassing the space located between Atocha and the Puente de Vallecas and between Avenida del Mediterráneo and Calle de Méndez Álvaro.1

Close to the Pacífico and Conde Casal metro stations; more than 10 bus lines that communicate with the center of Madrid, for example lines 10, 24 and 37, also night lines N10 and N25 and ATOCHA and MENDEZ ALVARO train station.
In the vicinity of the accommodation it is possible to park in the SER regulated parking area or in public parking. Access is free, it is not within the Madrid Central area.
