Carmen was extremely helpful and flexible. We arrived early and she was more than happy to accommodate. The flat is beautiful. And the location was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the tube or any bus route. And if you don't want to use public transport an Uber or Bolt was at your finger tips. The restaurants and cafes were amazing, the food, staff, neighbors - all made us feel right at home. Thank you so much Carmen for opening your home - we loved being in Cockfosters and having your place as our base was perfect. As a former Londoner, I can't recommend Carmen's place enough.

Carmen is a great host! She was very responsive to all of my questions and was able to accommodate an early check-in for our family and it was greatly appreciated. The location is also excellent for tube access. I would highly recommend Carmen as a host.

Everything was great. We didn’t appreciate being told not to take a bath to conserve when we paid the prices we paid. But what can we do. We still respected it and did not. There was a bug issue toward the middle of our stay and Essie and Carmen were responsive to it, however they started coming into the bathroom And the smaller bedroom. Other than that everything was great! Wifi, location to restaurants and the tube. Would definitely stay here again, minus those two issues. Thank you so much for responding to our issues and having someone so close to help us out when needed. Great flat! Wish we would have stayed inside more to enjoy the flat. Thank you Carmen.

Very lovely and clean apartment. Close to tube station and lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and as seen in pictures. Carmen and Joanne were both very responsive, kind and helpful. I even forgot an item in the apartment and was very easy and cooperative to get it back after our stay. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved the location. Convenient for the tube and grocery stores and restaurants. The flat is spacious, finished to a high standard, and very clean. It has all the amenities for a quiet and pleasant stay in London. We would love to book this apartment again when we come back to London.
