The host was definitely amazing and im glad they reached out to me and understood what Airbnb didnt understand about another renter that left a bad untrue review on my account.The place was great for my son visiting town.I felt very safe with him being there.Thank you all so much your truly amazing people.

The accommodation itself is good. The room is clean, tidy, and has extra towels. The bathroom was good, with nice water pressure. The kitchen is well supplied except for the stove, which is ancient and I was never able to ignite. So perhaps not the best place for a long-term stay or if you plan to cook. Overall, the room and apartment are comfortable and quiet. Nadine is kind and looks after the place. However, the ad information should include that the whole apartment is open for Airbnb. Attentive as they are, Claude and Nadine do not live there. You can get to share the place with distressing tenants. We had a problem with one of them, who had aggressive behavior and was loud, an unpleasant experience overall. Another inconvenience is the location. While it is closer to Main st and Clark Uni, the neighborhood is not well lit and the area is unsafe. The passcode accessibility is inconvenient in that context because you spend 1-2 minutes retrieving it and feel exposed at the doorstep

The house is really old, I think that’s why the room I stay is crooked, so the bed is crooked. After sleeping all night, my head is spinning, and I got headache all day. It is really uncomfortable. I think the structure of the house may have some issues. It’s unsafe to stay there.

A good place for the price, Claude & Nadine were always very responsive when I messaged them, the place was kept tidy.
