The place itself is great! Beautiful house and beds are extremely comfortable! The view is phenomenal. The only negatives are not in the hosts control - this is a developing area and workers start at 7am so it does get loud on the first level. It was super quiet on the 2nd level though so if you have light sleepers they should sleep there. Some of the amenities are part of the complex but not included for renters - again - no deception from the host as those amenities are not listed. Pool and sauna was great and the beach would be amazing when the weather is wormer. I would come back in a few years when construction is complete.

This place had a lot of great amenities e we took advantage of like hot tubs, pools, pickle ball court, steam room sauna etc. nice little private beach area too. Great for big groups
