This is our second year here. Kinda disappointing that last year we mentioned the following issues- --one year later; --missing light globes and more missing light bulbs. --railing on the front area still not secure and rotted NEW 1. Broken closet doors. 2. Only 3 outdoor chairs. 3. We went to get a broom out of the utility closet, to sweep and there were boxes up against the water heater. the water heater is missing the cover where you ignite the flame. 4. The bunk bedroom, had a broken night light plugged in. 5. The black couch was broken; we were told that this was found by the previous renters. Kinda of a bummer on the rain days we had. 6. The king size bed was broken; we did a temp fix. Wood supports were off the bed rails, so the bed was on the floor. All metal supports were broken. there was a communication that was addressed, but seeing the nightly rate increased $100 a night (for next year) I would hope all of this would be taken care of.

Awesome place to stay in a fun city. Beach was amazing. We had a great time!

First time renting this house. We had an enjoyable vacation and the people we encountered on the beach were so nice

EXCELLENT stay! This was our 3rd stay in Caseville, and finally found a yearly rental! All ready booked for next year!!!!
