Schön ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Es hatte uns erst irritiert, dass sie im gleichen Haus mit einem eigenen Eingang leben aber sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man hat sich trotzdem ganz privat gefühlt.

Good points - Amazing house, extremely clean, pool and ample grounds beautifully kept and interesting, great location. Pool cleaned daily very nicely. Bad points - very restrictive air con schedule disappointing in such a high end property. Many lights didn’t work especially outside and again very restrictive schedule of outdoor lighting for the ones that did work :-( Seems like a lot of penny pinching. Dealing with property management company very unpleasant - lots of aggressive phone calls and emails chasing for endless details after booking and tried to stick us with over 200 euro cleaning bill after check out because their cleaners turned up late or something. Never had any problem with this staying at many other properties and was really shocking. Very disappointing that was left with bad taste in my mouth after otherwise lovely holiday. Shame as property itself was so lovely and would have happily returned otherwise.

What’s good- Very quiet (on a dirt road with maybe one car and hour passing the villa) Beautiful gardens and pool Large spacious rooms and bathrooms Felt very safe and secure What’s not great- You need a car or bikes..it’s a 45 minute walk into Cala dor (sometimes an hour for our 4 year old) and getting water home on a bike was pretty knackering. What’s bad Ants… everywhere..we cleaned and cleaned to get rid of them but they were in the beds, bathrooms, kitchen..they managed to eat through two closed packets of cereal which were in the cupboard. Wasps …everywhere…we were fishing around 50 out of the pool a day and eating outside was a battle with 5 or 6 buzzing around all the time….I set up wasp traps which helped a bit but this is something that needs sorting out. The kitchen utensils/fridge and tv are all extremely dated. The fridge has sporadic periods were it doesn’t work at all. The kitchen utensils are pretty much all broken, mismatched or stained and desperate need updating. The only tv must be 15 years old and the one in the main bedroom has been removed from its bracket. The villa management company provided one toilet roll and two bin bags for a two week stay, the bed sheets weren’t changed and we had to ask for more towels and extra pillows as only one was provided per person. All in all a beautiful location, with a bit of updating and a more attentive cleaner it would have been a much better review.
