:-) Em geral, tudo excelente. :-( Exterior da casa pouco cuidado. Faltam algumas funcionalidades em termos de cozinha e tableware.

• No communication whatsoever before check-in, had to raise a support ticket with AirBnb to get an answer • The house was directly facing a huge building site, including a crane • There was a horrible stench in the house. We called reception and they promised to send people over twice, but didn't. We wasted hours waiting for them as a result. Eventually I was told it was normal and that they had pictures proving the smell was OK (yes you read that right) etc. • Once again, had to raise it with AirBnb to get it sorted. We were eventually moved to another house. No smell this time but facing the main road. • On the plus side, the houses are very spacious, well decorated and include a garden.

Great house and great peaceful resort. The house is better than described. We had wonderful family time for 18 days.

The house was amazing and even better than the pictures. Very relaxed and silent as we didn’t have any neighbours in. All surroundings are relaxed and walkable. The checkin has to be made at one of Sonae’s hotels and despite all the team being very nice, they are clearly inexperienced and looks like there is no one around to train them. We’ve miss much information about how to get to the house, how things works, what to do, where to have dinner. They didn’t know exactly where the house was and never been there. They had no idea about how air con works or direct access to the beach, etc. Despite all of that, they tried always to get answers somewhere else and support us in every way they could. The problem is not the staff, looks like is the poor management.
