I absolutely loved this place and can't recommend it highly enough. It was spacious, bright, modern and clean. The outside area was an added bonus after a long day with lots of walking and exploring, it was the perfect space to relax in the sun. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a log. The team were very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely book this place again.

Logement très spacieux bien agencé parfait pour 7 personnes. Le centre de Pampelune est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Excellent séjour

My family's (wife and kids -18yo girl & 9yo boy-, cos I couldn't travel) expectation was higher than what was found, bit still this place is a good place to stay, if necessary to rate based on hotel ratings I could say a 3.5. As anything in life there are pros and cons, so will shortly list both: Cons: The apartment definitely needs a higher level of maintenance (i.e. stains on walls, stove already showing signs of years and years of usage, old linens and bed clothing, etc), cleaning needs attention to details (i.e. accumulated dust in not-noticeable areas like being furniture). Pros: The agency in charge of the place is not only responsive and friendly, but exceeding expectations and they look for the well being of the customer, I was in close contact with Piedad who definitely deserves a mention, just because of her commitments to customer service the place rates much higher, location is amazing (walking distance to anything even bus stop). Veredict: High Cost, but can stay again
