This cabin is quite cozy with most of what you need. The host was very responsive. I thought this was a little closer to the Blue Ridge pkwy. It was about an hour away, although Smith Mountain lake is very close. There is no stove top but there’s a microwave and an oven/toaster. Linens and bathroom were very clean. Careful not to bump your head in the loft area when you wake up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I needed a quiet few days without work, kids schedules, or media. This was perfect! Small, sweet, and cozy. The loft bed was interesting. Mattress was cozy, but watch your head lol. Sitting on the porch with coffee and my embroidery hoop it was quiet and comfortable. The host is super responsive and although their main house is close by we had no idea they existed lol. Shower and bathroom were clean and the towels were soft. Tv worked. Close to the park. Go check out the DDay memorial, and MITCHELLS truly has the most beautiful sunset. We will return. Thanks!
