The space A small country house 100 meters only from the sea , very close to Athens ( 58 km) There is a train for Athens every 1 hour . Guest access Very easy to come to the villa . Just 58 kms from Athens , you can come either by car , by bus , or the train ( proastiakos train every one hour from the central railway in Athens) Of course at your arrival , i can get you to the house with my car ( up to 4 people ) . Other things to note This house has been made from my father with too much love . The last years i was living there ( now i live in Athens ) and i made a lot of wonderful things i think . I renovated with too much love .. For example ... The hand made bar at the garden and the music system all around the villa. At the four corners of the land there are 4 speakers and wherever you are , you hear the music .. When you pump up the volume you can even hear the music at the sea ! The sea is just 100 meters from the house !!! It is ideal for families , couples ! and of course friends .. If you have a pet , yes you can be together , but pls not inside the house and pls take care of the pet , because i don't want the flowers and the plants at the garden to be destroyed .. From Kineta ( the name of the place where is the villa ) you can have small or big excursions at wonderful places like ... Patras.. It is a really wonderful city, a big port as mentioned before . Full of life , nice tavernas , bars , coffee shops etc .. The port to and from Italy . It is about 1,5 hour from Kineta . Ancient Olympia .. It is only 3 hours by car . Ancient Olympia is the place where the olympic games were born .. A wonderful idea for 1 day trip . Epidaurus .. About 1,5 hour by car . The famous ancient theater of Epidaurus with the unique all over the world acoustic !!! If you are lucky , a lot of festivals take place there in July and August . You can't afford to miss them !!! Delphi ... Delphi is about 3 hours from Kineta by car . Some people say that Delphi is the center of the earth . The great ancient history of this place cannot be written in some lines .. You feel the energy .. Channel of Korinthos .. Just 15 minutes by car from Kineta ! The unique channel of Korinthos that separates Peloponesse from Attica regions . About 6 km long , 160 meters high ! A really amazing view .. And of course Athens and Akropolis !!! Just 50 minutes with the train , or the car . Always there is the possibility to take you to these places with my car . Up to 4 people with my car . We can discuss this possibility if you want . Otherwise i can arrange for you to rent a car if you want it . If you want of course just to relax , anytime of the year , the house is ideal , very cool and quiet for your vacations .. You can have long walks at the beach , at the mountain ( there is a wonderful mountain very close ) , do biking , fishing , reading , relaxing ! I will be glad to have you as a guest ! Αυτό το σπίτι χτιστηκε από τον πατέρα μου με πάρα πολύ αγάπη. Τα τελευταία χρόνια ζούσα εκεί (τώρα ζω στην Αθήνα) και έκανα μια αρκετα καλή ανακαινιση .. Για παράδειγμα ... Το χειροποίητο μπαρ στον κήπο και τη μουσική που περιβαλλει ολο το χωρο οπου κι αν βρισκεσαι .. Στις τέσσερις γωνίες του κηπου υπάρχουν 4 ηχεία και όπου κι αν βρίσκεστε, η μουσικη σας ακολουθει .. Όταν δυναμώστε την ένταση του ήχου μπορείτε να ακούσετε ακόμα και τη μουσική στη θάλασσα! Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι . Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες και για παρεες μεχρι 4 ατομων .. Από την Κινέτα μπορείτε να κανετε μικρές ή μεγάλες εκδρομές , όπως ... Αρχαία Ολυμπία .. Είναι μόνο 3 ώρες με το αυτοκίνητο. Μια υπέροχη ιδέα για 1 ημερήσια εκδρομή. Επίδαυρος .. Περίπου 1,5 ώρα με το αυτοκίνητο. Το αρχαίο θέατρο της Επιδαύρου με τη μοναδικη σε όλο τον κόσμο ακουστική !!! Αν είστε τυχεροί, πολλά παραστάσεις λαμβάνουν χώρα εκεί τον Ιούλιο και τον Αύγουστο. Δελφοί ... Οι Δελφοί είναι περίπου 3 ώρες από Κινέτα με το αυτοκίνητο. Μερικοί άνθρωποι λένε ότι οι Δελφοί είναι το κέντρο της γης. Η μεγάλη αρχαία ιστορία αυτού του τόπου, δεν μπορεί να γραφτεί σε ορισμένες γραμμές .. Νιώθεις την ενέργεια .. Κανάλι της Κορίνθου .. Μόλις 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από Κινέτα! Αν θέλετε βέβαια απλά για να χαλαρώσετε, οποιαδήποτε στιγμή του έτους, το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό, πολύ δροσερό και ήσυχο για τις διακοπές σας .. Μπορείτε να έχετε μεγάλες βόλτες στην παραλία, στο βουνό (υπάρχει ένα θαυμάσιο βουνό πολύ κοντά), να κάνετε ποδηλασία, ψάρεμα κλπ Θα χαρώ να σας φιλοξενήσω !
