The hosts send you lots of info about the place and what is nearby. I do think they will respond to you quickly if you have questions. We liked the location and the views. However, this place is definitely surfaced cleaned and needs some care and updates. Feels like cosmetic updates have been done without repairing the home. We had to wash the sheets on one of the beds (hairs and other stuff in the sheets when we were trying to go bed - not pleasant). The ceiling fan looks like it hasn’t been clean in months and under the beds there were dust bunnies and left things from past guests. We told the hosts about the sheets and got the same response as another review that they would give the feedback to their cleaning crew. They did offer to send someone but it feels weird to have a cleaning crew come when you are using the house … which is why it should be taken care of prior to check in. Our group would not go back - it just didn’t feel clean/take care of enough to make it worth the money

It was a great time. We had a blast in the hot tub and it was very well organized and a great place to spend our spring break.

Had a wonderful time here, absolutely beautiful surroundings, spacious home and easy to work with host. Only complaints are the showers never got hot and whoever put the kayaks away the last time did not clean or dump the water so they were impossible to get to or use.

Pros: - Spectacular location with incredible views! Didn’t get to fully enjoy the deck due to the winter weather, but I can tell it will be amazing in the summer. - The store across the road has great ice cream. - Relatively close to the Hama Hama Oyster saloon as well as plenty of outdoor activities. Cons: - Excessive pet fee ($150!!!) that wasn’t explicitly enumerated in the listing. Only found out about it when I talked to the host directly about updating my reservation. - One bedroom had an uncomfortably firm foam mattress. We normally like a firm mattress, but this one was like sleeping on a carpeted floor. The other king mattress was good.

A comfortable house in a beautiful spot. We loved being right by the water and having easy access to oyster spots in the area.
