We enjoyed our stay so much! Upon arrival we were able to check in a little early; everything was spotless we settled right in and got started on our vacation! We loved being close to great dining and the beaches. Karrie and Todd were always available to answer our questions and replied quickly. The girls loved the pool and spa. Being a busy holiday weekend there were other families sharing the pool space but everyone was really friendly. The backyard is so pretty and lush. There are several grills and this is a great addition. We loved being on the unit overlooking the pool and yard. We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and the surrounding units. The price was unbeatable for Naples! Karrie also said she will give me a discount for the booking being over a weekend, another perk of booking this property. This is much appreciated! I highly recommend staying here if you are vacationing in Naples!

Karrie is a wonderful person and host. She cares very much about her tenants. You need something she takes care of it, now. She is very good to rent from and has a great crew. The outside and pool area is lovely. On the inside everything was very clean which meant a lot to us. Nice size kitchen, bedrooms and living area. She helped us with restaurant suggestions, things to do and visit. We had a mishap with our car on the way down and she even suggested a body shop and we used them...How can you beat that! My husband said, "I think you and Karie would be friends if we lived here.", lol.... Thank you, Karrie and Todd, for everything, The Bernd's

The place was beautiful. The pool and spa were beautiful. Plenty of towels and pillows. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need to bake or cook. Coffee stocked with 2 kinds of coffee makers, single cup or brew a pot. Coffee is supplied if you didn’t bring yours. Frig is cold. TVs use Roku so very simple to operate. Master has full shower Large walk in closet King size bed and also a twin with a trundle.

Nicely appointed 2BR / 2BA townhouse within a couple of miles of all the hot spots in Naples. Great backyard with a nice pool and hottub! Our host recommended restaurants and helped with beach parking too! We would stay again for sure!!

We took a chance for a last minute stay however there were alot of issues! Including an old washer and dryer on the screened in porch not as pictured. Ants in the kitchen, coffee grounds in the coffee maker, internet not working at all.
