Look no further, because this place is fantastic. The lanai offers outstanding unobstructed views of tidepools directly below with a surfbreak to the left. If you want to surf, you can head out from the complex, which also offers several small beaches for lounging. Hanging out at the pool or hot tub or on the lanai is also an option. Keep your eyes peeled: we got lucky and saw a whale breach and tail slap. We also saw turtles in the tide pool. The condo is comfortable and extremely well stocked. We also enjoyed having a good source of Hawaiian food on site. It's easy to head out by car to other parts of the island or to go into Kailua-Kona. This condo and this complex are first rate. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Dawn’s place! We loved being so close to the ocean with such stunning views and wonderful ocean sounds. Condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen and baths nicely stocked. Easy parking and great location for exploring the island. If we come back to Kona would definitely stay again!

This location is everything! We could see turtles and whales off our balcony, surfers were out most days. The condo was very well stocked. We would totally stay here again there isn’t much for a beach right outside but with the comfy chairs on the lanai and the view directly over the ocean you don’t need a beach!

We had SUCH a great stay! We had originally booked a different unit with Dawn - and she called before our trip notifying me of heavy construction going on in the area. She offered and moved us to this ocean-side unit and it was wonderful! Clean, easy to commute to and from town, parking was great, and checkout was easy peasy. It is a smaller space, we had 3 adults and it worked great, but in my opinion this unit is set up perfectly for a couple. Such a beautiful setting and view!

If you ever needed to feel like home in kona, this is the place. We never needed anything without already finding it there and the view from the balcony was all you need every time you wake up.
