We had an incredible stay at Paul's place! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, along with the extra welcoming touches. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and attractions just a short walk away. The hosts were great, very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing experience in Edinburgh.

The house was beautiful. The perfect place from which to explore the city. Comfy rooms and well equipped kitchen. Host couldn't have been more accommodating and communication was great. Even a lovely little welcome gift. Thanks. Can't wait to stay again.

This is one of the best AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone in our group commented on how lovely the space was (a great mix of period and modern), as well as the attention to detail of our hosts. 10/10, would recommend to anyone attending the Edinburgh Fringe with a group.

The perfect location for the festival as well as being a beautiful flat with everything you could need . Paul was incredibly attentive responding very quickly to any questions . He was welcoming and could not have been more helpful . The flat was clean and vey well maintained and certainly exceeded all expectations
