Don’t think about it…just book this house!!! It is way more beautiful than the pictures show. It is an easy walk to the train station and town. It is super clean and I loved the labels throughout..I didn’t have to guess about light switches. Neighborhood is quiet and Clay was so kind with communication…quick to respond and even adding extra info (my kids really loved that he told us to expect some snow..they were excited). I had originally booked a hotel room at the Grand Canyon Hotel and changed at the last minute to have more space for our family of 5 and I said over and over “I’m so glad I booked this house!” And have already recommended it to friends!

Love the house. It is spacious, quiet neighborhood, and walkable to main Street. only downfall is that floors and stairs can get very loud when walking. I guess it is expected since it is a historic house. But other than that, it was amazing, perfect location to explore other beautiful places. and the host were very responsive to any inconvenience we may encounter. highly recommend this place.

In actuality the home is much more updated than the pics depict … it has everything you need and more which made our stay a very low stressful one … plenty of restaurants…shops and brewery’s walking distance an hour to the Grand Canyon !!! We absolutely loved our stay :)

Clay's place was in the best location! The home is walkable to Route 66 restaurants, the Grand Canyon Train station and Nany's tacos (a must have in Williams!). The house was immaculately clean. All the beds and linens were very comfortable with premium foam mattresses, we all had very restful nights after busy days exploring. The kitchen has all the tools (and more!)- just like home. Clay was very responsive when we needed a snow shovel for the driveway and sidewalks. This is one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at in years. Highly recommend!

Steve, Karen, and Clay were seriously the best hosts. The property was also very nice. We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Williams.
