Beautiful beach house! Host was great! Not a lot was open yet which was only bad thing (we went at spring break) - this house is perfect for warm sunny days at the beach with the pool setup and proximity. The house was so cozy and the small Details of games and extra blankets made you feel right at home.

I was not pleased with our rental. Pictures were better than what we got. When we got to the door notice, the outside bathroom was dirty, and there were spider webs everywhere. Also, by the light at the entrance, the door and storm door window were dirty. As we entered the inside, it smelled weird later to find out there was water damage from previous guests leaving upstairs sliding door open. the blanket on the bed was dirty, and a screen slide door was behind the dining table. The stove top, the oven, and the microwave were nasty. I could go on and on. I was offered all my money back if I wanted to go somewhere else. What would I have found on the day before Thanksgiving? We lived 5.5 hours away, and it was pouring down raining. So I was offered the return of the cleaning fee . And at this point, we all were left in straight disappoinment. I don't know if I want to do Airbnb's anymore.

Our stay at Erika and Casey’s was wonderful and better than we expected! House was clean, decor made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing and my kids loved enjoying them while feeling the cool October wind in the air! Walking distance to Rodanthe pier where my dad and sons caught a fish. Erika and Casey responded to all of my questions within a hours time and were very friendly and welcoming! I recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a great visit in OBX!

Fun times and great memories! The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit! Plenty of space in and outside the home. Walk to the beach took 3 minutes! Best music-listening to the fabulous waves. Sit outside on the deck and watch the night get sky come to life⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Erika and Casey👏👏👏

Our girls trip was very relaxing. The pool was amazing and the beach was walkable. Erika and Casey have clear instructions and we’re helpful. Everything was clean and well decorated. The chalkboard on the wall with suggestions was helpful! We had a great time!
