Horrible service and experience!!!! I have stayed in many Airbnbs in Tel Aviv over the years, this was the worst one as far as cleanliness and consideration from the host. I arrived at the property to an apartment full of animal hair as well as long human hairs all over the apartment. I immediately contacted the host and informed him I was not going to be staying at the property and was changing to another one. I told the host I wanted a refund as this apartment was clearly not up to par, he ignored me for a while and then said the cleaners sent him a video of the place and that it was clean. I sent him all the photos I took of all the hair all over the apartment and he just ignored it all. Most unprofessional and unhelpful host I have encountered. Never got any type of compensation and was still charged after spending less than 5 minutes in this apartment as it was so disgusting.
