I was really disappointed. I feel I was deceived by the picture and name “tree house”. No hot water, musty smell, but the price is 2x higher than other hotels in the town. Totally not worth the price. The water is too cold to have a shower. I asked the staff, they told me they will increase the gas, but still no hot water. I cannot imagine in a hotel/airbnb room there’s no hot water. The staff doesn’t speak English, hard to communicate. They didn’t respond the airbnb message, you have ask them in person. There is also a strong smell in the room. Also very noisy. There are too many stairs to this hotel. If you don’t want to climb 10 floors after a tiring day, this place is not a good choice.

Oscar is friendly and care about your needs. He offered a courtesy laundry, as well check out a little late if needed. They have the best pan de leche, haha. Great stay.
