Wonderful stay!

Home was very clean and very nice. It was very private and lots of snacks inside to help make feel at home. The main bedroom mattress does need to be replaced as it kind of caves in in the middle. Also, description states that there is an air mattress or some other kind of bed. Unfortunately, we didn't look for it until after we arrived back at our Airbnb after a family function at 9:00 p.m. and we're unable to locate anything of the sort and never were answered when we asked about the mattress so one of us had to sleep on the couch (which was pretty worn down so had to pile blankets under for cushion). Entrance to the home is not the greatest as you have to walk on grass down a hill and sometimes my mother is a bit unstable on her feet. Handicapped entrance was never necessary for us but I was a little concerned of her falling.

Beverly’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Cincinnati! Beverly was extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would stay again if we were in the area.

My wife and I stayed at Beverly's place for a weekend recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! First off, Beverly is a great host - extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. The space is great, too! It's a basement apartment - we heard the folks upstairs occasionally, but not consistently and it wasn't loud at any point. The location is great, about 15-20 minutes to Cincinnati. Was a little difficult finding the house at night for check-in, but that's kind of on us for arriving after dark. Beverly gave all the instruction she could! I would happily stay here again if we're ever back in the area and I'd recommend you click Reserve if you're considering it!
