We didn't end up getting to stay at this location. 2 days prior to our stay I received a call from Kelly advising me that our property we booked needed a repair that couldn't be completed before our stay and they'd like to upgrade us to a suite at another property. She informed me they'd make sure there were multiple beds like the original property and stressed It was considered an "upgrade". when she sent me the new location address it ended up being 10 minutes further away and not as described. When we arrived we learned it was a communal property with 10 rooms, versus the private cabin with lake view we originally booked. We were only provided one towel each, and one wash cloth for a three night stay. The adjoining neighbors kept us up till 10:00 p.m. due to thin walls and woke us up at 6:30 a.m. the next morning with a screaming baby. When we got up Saturday morning there was fresh mouse poop in the bathroom, that wasn't there the night before. We tried contacting Kelly to inform of the situation and ask about cleaning supplies as nothing was there to clean up poop and we never received a response back. Sunday morning we were woken again at 8:00 a.m. with more noisy children, again stressing that we booked a private cabin as we were going to a concert and knew we'd be out late and wanted to sleep in. We also looked up the Meadows to see how much they rented these "upgraded" rooms and found out they were advertised at $10/less a night than what we paid for the originally booked location. When we checked out we tried communicating our concerns again with the property managers twice was sent to voicemail both times and never received any response back or reconciliation. We would not recommend this host for future stays, can't say much about this property but the meadows at spring valley ranch in Eucha are not user-friendly or as described. It also requires a winding 6 Mile road with lots of sharp turns and a very narrow somewhat scary bridge, to get to. I hope my review helps future airbnbers.

I can’t speak much for this particular place, but I can speak of the host! Due to an unforeseen circumstance this cabin wasn’t able to be used the day of our arrival. However, he immediately reached out to us and upgraded us for free hours before we even arrived! No hassle at all. This showed that they would have rather given us a better experience by switching us without hesitation for a slight bump-in-the-road when something like that could have easily been overlooked. They were very quick to respond and so friendly when communicating with them. We LOVED our stay!
