The Mamo group was great. They were extremely responsive and made everything easy. The neighborhood was wonderful. A great respite from the busy streets of Florence. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare dinner at home on a few occasions. The bathrooms are new and modern. The furniture is a bit tired and new towels would be amazing but not a deal breaker.

Overall stay was fine but needs some updating. Towels were very worn and wifi connection was spotty(was addressed by manager). Bathrooms were clean but had sewer smell. Red leather sofa also smelled and could use a through cleaning. Location was definitely 10/10. Lots of restaurants, easy public transportation, and great places to see just walking around. Download (at bus) app to purchase bus tickets right from your phone before boarding. Make sure to valid it once on bus. Overall stay was a 8/10 only due to location and easy communication with host. Thank you.
