We could not have had a more relaxing and restorative time at the cabin. Everything was more than perfect. What a beautiful cattle farm, hosting family, stunningly architectured cabin, delicious food, cozy fire, warm bed, quality linen… and don’t get me started on the incredible inside/outside bathroom. Stunning bath tub built into the decking with an additional huge shower head all in copper piping with plentiful hot water. I could sing praise about the thoughtful position and orientation of the cabin, the rustle of the trees, the afternoon sun through the long grass, the wonderful cattle herds and the sounds of their calves and the stars! Thank you a million times over, we can’t wait to come back and give little George more pats :)

We stayed at Bloodwood cabin for four days to celebrate our anniversary and I could not have imagined a better place to have spent it. The drive out to Rawbelle was so gorgeous - we really didn't realise how secluded we would be from the outside world and how much we needed that to disconnect completely. No wifi and no phone reception was so luxurious and made for an even better escape. We cooked delicious meals and drank wine and had long baths and read books in the sun! Drove to Cania Gorge and had a lovely hike then treated ourselves to some hot chippies and a drink at the pub in Monto. Ultimate relaxation every day. We came away full of so much more love for eachother and the desire for more weekends that replicated exactly what we got from this magical place. I feel we'll be trying to find our way back as soon as we can :) 10/10

WOW! WOW! WOW! Seven whole days and eight nights in this lovely rustic cabin in the bush. Off-grid, but with enough solar power to run our Nespresso machine and to recharge devices. We boiled water for tea or vegetables, and cooked our breakfasts of sausages and eggs, and our dinners, on a very efficient small bbq. Dinners … WOW! We pre-arranged with Carly to bring us a meal each night (paid in addition): steaks, lamb chops, chicken and fish, accompanied by a delicious salad. A bottle of shiraz welcomed us. Very eco, luxurious linen, comfy pillows, handwash and soap. A fire-pit, and stargazing uncluttered by city lights, added to the ambience. The cabin’s ambience is accented by the king-size mattress on the floor. As aging folk, we found it difficult, but not impossible, to get out of bed. As soon as we mentioned it to Carly, she had her boys bring a bed base: our problem was fixed in a heartbeat!!! Ten out of ten! Well done Carly … and thank you. We had a wonderful time.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a few! The location was stunning, the home was placed perfectly in its surroundings, and captured beautiful light throughout the whole day. The small touches throughout the property really set it off. Everything has been thought of. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be booking again. Carly was responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do whilst we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again. See you in the not so distant future!

Stayed at the Bloodwood cabin for two nights to break up a long drive on our trip. It was very relaxing and great to unwind. The bath is amazing and there’s nice little touches throughout. Would recommend to anyone passing through :)
