King parrot cottages is a beautiful place for a quiet get away and it’s nestled on hillside of the spectacular Valley. We celebrated our kids birthday at the cottage and our family enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Highly recommend the holidays at king parrot cottages.

Me and family had great stay. Location was very nice and private, and drive was very adventurous and fun. House is also very clean and lots to do around.

We visited the King Parrot Cottages and stayed in the Blue Gum cottage with our three young kids and 8 month old dog. We had been looking for farmstays, similar to what we had experienced in Europe and it didn't disappoint. The farm has plenty of activities for the kids, including a play shed, pool and playground. Board games and movies to borrow from reception. Best of all were the walking tracks through the forest and along a creek/rainforest gully, which ended in a small waterfall. The kids loved the creek crossings. Blue Gum itself was away from the other cottages and secluded/private. The cottage was comfortable, though with no dishwasher so expect a bit of dish washing. Plenty of things to do in the region also as its a short drive to Lorne and walks such as the beautiful, Lake Elizabeth circuit.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and was a beautiful space to spend a couple of nights. We were a group of 8 adults and there was enough space for all of us, bathrooms were well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. The fireplace does a spectacular job of warming the whole place and the surroundings are gorgeous.

We had a restful stay! The cottage is lovely, with beautiful tree views from bedroom windows. The wildlife and scenery were awesome. Kids enjoyed the games facilities and pool. Nicole was a very attentive host and provided lots of suggestions for local things to do.
