Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento, con 2 amici, per una settimana nel corso di Agosto. Il maggior pregio è sicuramente la posizione, centralissima e vicina praticamente a tutto. Anche le procedure di check in e check out sono meritevoli di lode, il check-in è stato anticipato addirittura di qualche ora, più vicino al nostro arrivo in città. L'unica nota negativa che ci terrei a segnalare è la pulizia non proprio minuziosa dell'appartamento, ma può essere stato benissimo un caso. Detto ciò consiglio a tutti di soggiornarci
This apartment is charming. We enjoyed our stay. It is in the middle of the city's pulse, so do not expect to have it quiet. For us, it was ok. Beach is not far away, and the location is super friendly. Parking is directly under the place, and the price ok for that location. It was very valuable, because of the equipment and luggage. Support from Halldis was superb. Full recommendation from us. Thanks, Halldis, for the lovely stay in Nice.
A really cute studio flat which is located perfectly in the city of Nizza. It’s easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication is very friendly and helpful:)
This location is exceptional close to everything and only 5 to 10 minute walking distance to all the shops and the beach. Amazing communication an a convenient layout. if you’re looking for places close to the beach and in the city center book this place.
Cute modern interior with the essentials provided. A wonderful location; only a brief walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. Nightlife can get a bit noisy, but the windows block put most of it out. No AC, but there were a couple of fans provided which were very necessary during the recent heat wave. Building also has an elevator making bringing bags upstairs easy.
