Best location, Jovanny took care of me in every way possible always a text or a phone call away. Gave me very details instructions about the place and very good recommendations around the area. The place was immaculate clean, looks better in person, nice and quiet. Wish I had more time to enjoy the property a little more. Definitely recommend, if looking for high end location near everything this is place to be. Once again thank you Jovanny for the hospitality until next time…

Our family of 5 had a subpar experience at this Airbnb. Throughout the stay, I felt like the place lacked preparedness. 1st, despite clear pre-arrival communication, we waited outside for an extended time. The apartment excelled in cleanliness & the host's brother was helpful. However, it lacked preparation for guests, a welcoming vibe with only the basic furniture. Key amenities were missing: bathrooms were not set up (we had to open the valves to all toilets for them to work), one functioning remote for all the ACs, & the kitchen lacked or had empty essentials like spices, paper towels, & toilet paper. This & expired items in the fridge indicated inadequate preparation. We had to request a working iron, & appliances like a microwave, dishwasher, and hairdryer were absent contrary to the listing. While suitable for casual stays vs. a family accommodation, I feel it's not worth the price $$$$$ for just a bare apartment. Attention to detail can significantly improve guest experiences.

Wow, a true penthouse apartment to the max! Clean, beautiful living spaces! Balcony, rooftop pool, right in the heart of the city. You should definitely stay here!!!
