The fact we could bring our furry family was well worth the stay. While the neighbor wasn’t the most friendly, the location was quiet. Even the people staying at the questionable motel across were friendly and respectful. The apartment was spacious and nice. A little dog hair and dirt was still on the floor from the previous guests. I would have liked to had a small vacuum to run rather than just a broom. Most importantly, my family and I would certainly stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! Mary’s place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to check in early by communicating with Mary and we had a great time in Rehoboth/Lewes area!

The house was as described and for the price we paid I feel like it was a good value. The neighborhood seemed a little edgy, it was right next to a motel strip where some interesting characters were constantly coming and going - but no one really bothered us other than a little loud music. I think a few more basics like extra bedding/towels and kitchen supplies would have gone a long way to keep us comfortable for a longer stay. Recommendations with beach requirements and things to do/where to eat would also have been great, since we got to the beach and realized that our beach tent was a prohibited type, adult beverages weren’t easily found in grocery/convenient stores, and we weren’t familiar with the best local eateries. All in all it was a pleasant trip at a clean location. Some small adjustments would have improved our stay, but really nothing worth complaining about just some “good to knows”.

Comfortable & convenient; clean & nicely furnished; easy to find & get into. Mary was very responsive, friendly, & helpful every time I reached out. Good home base, I'm glad we stayed there, the downsides were minor, here they are: 1) We weren't told our unit (3 of 3) was up a flight of stairs. I would've stayed elsewhere, traveling with my elderly father who can’t navigate stairs alone 2) Location misstated as Lewes. It's not even close. It’s in Marshtown, 10-15 minutes from Lewes, 20 min from beaches (Henelopen & Dewey), more with traffic 3) Just off a major road: Rt. 24, constant road noise except super late at night 4) Street dead ends in beautiful marsh but no public access 5) TV not set up to watch anything despite instructions saying free movies. I used AirPlay to connect the TV to my phone and played a movie via Netflix from my phone 6) Seemed expensive for how simple + far from the beach it was, but still cheaper than the other options we saw for our last minute trip

Very Clean As far as location it was 15 min from any beach . The area of the Apartment a little suspect. But saying that no issues. Photos are exactly as listed. I would stay again when looking for a central location to hit the area attractions.
