We visited Devarius' place for a climbing trip at Fairview Mountain. The Airbnb is very close to the climbing location and was the perfect place for us to stay at. The place felt very spacious, was very clean and even offered some fun board games for the evening after dinner. Would definitely come back!

This place was exactly what we needed for our trip to Apple Valley! Lots of space for our horse trailer and super responsive host. Highly recommend!

First the good. This home is in a good location. Quiet neighborhood. It is a spacious home and great lay out. Towels in the bathroom were fluffy, soft, and white. Easy access for checking in even late at night. The owner is very responsive and seeks to be accommodating. Including sending someone over out first full day to address several imminent problems we had. The not so good..... I rented this home and spent more money than other places around because I wanted a nicer place. The pictures make this place look great. Unfortunately it is rather deceiving. This house has been updated with extremely shoddy work. The details of each room were just trashy looking. The beds squeeked so bad. There were a few extra pillows but no extra blankets. Just a thin comforter for each bed some with little stains on them. The master bath was cool and had a shower head but you couldn't really stand up and shower. There were no extra towels. Just the bare minimum. No extra bags for the small garbages. The place on the surface looks clean but upon any further examination is not. We moved the couch over a little against the counter so my grandkids wouldn't hit their heads on the sharp corner there and it was filthy under it. It was also so dusty and dirty on the fireplace and all the floors and corners. The doors to the outside on the main level were all cut far too high. They tried to make up for it by putting door guards on them that also filled up with dirt that spread across the floor as they moved and were difficult to close. All the light switches were smudgy and dirty. So was the window at the top of the stairs where little hands have touched and not been cleaned. Most every cabinet and drawer in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were dirty with crumby stuff in them among other things. We couldnt change the volume on the television in the main room no matter how we tried. The kitchen was just a mess. No organization. Things just stuck everywhere and all kinds of odds and ends stuffed here and there. Like Kureg coffee cups but no Kureg machine. An open bag of brown sugar all dried out. Garbage im the drawers. A broken ice machine in the fridge. No dish towels and very few paper towels on a roll but no replacement. Dirty hot pads. No decent cutting board or paring knives. Had to wash the dishes before we could use them. Dirty silverware and dirty pans. Tried to make a meal and struggled to do so with what was provided. Very poorly stocked kitchen. The dishwasher is not installed so it falls out of the wall when you try to load the dishes. Nice guy but I honestly don't know how he has a super host rating. I likely would not stay here again.
