Great spot centrally located to drive the Bourbon Trail or even go to the Derby. Great little old house. The house very clean and owner willing to help with suggestions too is always a plus.

We were beyond excited to stay in this beautifully decorated home, with ease of access to local restaurants and attractions. The host was very thoughtful of small details with snacks and toiletries to make our stay enjoyable and carefree as possible. There is a very nice grill and seating on a large back deck that overlooks a backyard that provides just the right amount of sun and shade. The beds have comfortable mattresses and comfy linens, we all slept soundly. There are plenty of linens but if you want to have an option of doing laundry, the laundry room is spacious with plenty of cleaning products provided. Also, having the office for working remote or sending a few emails is just the cherry on top of this wonderful home. The owner is very quick to respond and communication is top tier. We are so glad we found this home and you will be too!
