Tally was wonderful accommodating us at such short notice and she responded to our messages extremely quickly. The barn was very clean, well equipped and the location was perfect. It was only a short walk into Henley town centre, but was also in a lovely rural setting, so you got the best of both worlds. The Wi-Fi was great, no problems at all, and there's access to Freeview and Netflix. The horses came to say hello, which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an emergency stay as we needed some work done our home. Tally was super responsive which took a wait off our mind. We have 2 dogs who enjoyed the little garden. Unfortunately one them is nervous so was not keen on the local dogs visiting the fence. Just something to keep in mind. However this place was super peaceful with plenty of entertainment from the wildlife. From hawks, crows and of course the horses. We enjoyed sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening sunshine 🌞

We had a lovely stay at The Barn, it was surrounded by beautiful views, we thought it was very cozy inside and enjoyed a couple of relaxing nights away. Very good location.

Our third stay at The Barn. Great outlook over the fields with horses ,deer and red kites .A perfect base for visiting our friends and family in Henley.

Fantastic place to stay, clean, tidy and superb check in / out details, will definitely be back. Great for the dogs (who loved the company from the local 4 legged friends) and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Tally was an absolutely amazing host who was extremely responsive and couldn't do anything more to make our stay any more pleasant! Out of all of the Airbnb's and hosts we have stayed with Tally and her Barn are right up there.
